Cancellation Policy
Hi there! Your time is important.. as is my own! There will be a 50% (of service scheduled) cancellation fee (or deposit forfeited) if appt isn’t cancelled within 24 hours (48 hours for braid) No call no shows will be charged 65% of your scheduled appt cost and WILL NOT be able to book again! Deposits paid are NONREFUNDABLE... and pls note 15 minutes late is subject to fee and cancelled appt with no notice. Also, if 3 consecutive cancellations occur you will be required to pay a deposit to book or be blocked from booking
