Cancellation Policy
Hi there! Your time is important.. as is my own! There will be a 50% (of service scheduled) cancellation fee (or deposit forfeited) if appt isnât cancelled within 24 hours (48 hours for braid) No call no shows will be charged 65% of your scheduled appt cost and WILL NOT be able to book again! Deposits paid are NONTRANSFERABLE/NONREFUNDABLE so upon booking be mindful, and pls note 15 minutes late is subject to fee and cancelled appt with no notice. Also, if 3 consecutive cancellations occur you will be required to pay a deposit to book or be blocked from booking
